1. General Provisions and Acceptance

By accessing or using the tbji platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all provisions of these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between tbji and the user.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the tbji platform immediately. Continuing to access the platform means you acknowledge full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all tbji products and services — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, and any other entertainment activities. These terms must be read together with tbji's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy.

1.2 Definitions

• "Platform" — the tbji website and all its associated services.
• "User" / "You" — anyone who has created an account on tbji or is using the platform.

Each individual may create only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found under the same IP address, device, bank account, or name, tbji reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide genuine and accurate information at the time of registration. Registering with false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.4 Restricted Regions

tbji may not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. If a legal restriction applies, the user is personally responsible.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your tbji account is entirely your own responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong and unique password that has not been used on any other site.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, sign out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the tbji support team immediately.
• Allowing or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

You are personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account, even if that activity was performed by a third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occur if the verification process has not been completed.

4.4 Deposit Terms

• Every deposit must come from a valid account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are detected, tbji reserves the right to suspend any transaction.

4.5 Taxes and Charges

It is the user's own responsibility to meet any applicable taxes or other legal obligations on winnings. tbji does not provide any legal advice in this regard.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbji offers new users a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirements must be met to receive the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.
• Another example: on a ৳8,000 deposit, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 is added, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used on specific games on tbji.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Separate terms may apply to each promotional offer.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawal

tbji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Users will be notified if any changes are made to an ongoing bonus offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

A fair play policy is followed across all games on the tbji platform. Each game operates according to rules set by the game providers, and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game stops mid-way due to a technical fault or network disconnection, tbji will make every effort to resolve the incomplete bet. However, tbji is not obligated to provide compensation for any technical failure.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Sports betting is available across various sports, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match.
• If a match is cancelled or the result remains uncertain, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.4 Game Validity

In the event of any dispute over a game result, tbji's server logs will be treated as the final evidence. tbji's decision is final and binding.

7. VIP Program

tbji runs a four-tier VIP program that provides additional benefits to regular users:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Tiers are upgraded based on the user's gaming activity. VIP benefits may be revised by tbji at any time. Cashback credits may be subject to separate bonus wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbji platform:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Knowingly exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to win dishonestly.
• Attempting unauthorized access to tbji's systems or network.
• Completing account verification using false identities or documents.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 tbji's Rights

tbji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Identification of an underage user.
• For legal reasons or by direction of a regulatory authority.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the tbji support team. Available funds will be returned after account closure, but any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be considered void.

10. Responsible Gaming
